With burnishing tools and hot irons at hand, Shenneshwi carefully works patterns
and designs into leather blanks. A trio of apprentices sit at her feet, slowly
stitching the decorated blanks together and adding final touches to form
the leather canteens and botas that hang from the tent's roof poles. You
also see the tent flap, a mended roof pole with some stuff on it and a sagging
roof pole with some stuff on it.

Green jade walls are draped with garlands of blooming bittersweet and campion.
Below the brass cupola roof, herbs and flowers hang drying from ivory tusk
crossbeams. The air is filled with a smell that is both sweet and pungent.
Various floral arrangements are displayed on a trellis carved in the shape
of a wintersweet tree. You also see a wooden crate and a small sign.

back wall and into a dim room beyond. Lounging behind a counter cut from
a large chunk of coral is a very content-looking Merelew. You also see a
leather helm, a marble table with some stuff on it and a hat stand with some
stuff on it.

The center of the chamber cradles an irregularly shaped pool, filled with
plant life and darting tiny fishes. From the ceiling hangs a swaying lamp
that casts soft shadows over the coral walls and floor. A gigantic clam shell,
fitted with a large velvety cushion, makes a beautiful sleeping area for
the resident. You also see a rack with many pegs, a long narrow table with
some stuff on it and a sturdy box.

[Linkforge Grotto] (a sloping passage)
Set down below ground level, this grotto was dug out of the coral in several
levels to allow for the needs and preferences of the amphibious Merelew.
This room, where products are shown and purchased, is flooded about knee-deep
on a Human. An opening high on the back wall seems to lead to another room,
but it's hard to tell. A dark, rippling shadow under the water to one side
seems to be a tunnel leading down to a completely submerged area. You also
see an ivory rack with some stuff on it, a deep shelf with some stuff on
it, a coral shelf with some stuff on it and a sloping passage.

by strings of tiny seed pearls.

The somber brown stucco walls of this room are hung with hunting trophies
appropriate to the sea, including horned shark tusks, barbed harpoons, and
a pair of harpy wings. Stocky Sqinth Meradetu stands perfectly still behind
a counter, a staff in both gnarled, brown hands, his blind eyes unfocused
and staring. Occasionally he nods slowly in the direction of a clerk and
client, seeming to approve some whispered conversation. You also see a sturdy
walnut shelf with some stuff on it and a white granite table with some stuff
on it.
